Designed to improve data accuracy and eliminate duplication, the Initiate suite of products is the world’s most widely implemented Master Data Management solution.

Initiate takes data from disparate sources within an organisation and stores it in a bespoke database. The data is analysed and all records that can be identified as belonging to a single person are linked, enabling users to view all details held for a person no matter which part of the organisation would usually have ownership.

Data from the various sources is ingested into the Initiate engine where it is cleansed and standardised before being loaded onto the database. Intricate weighting and analysis of the data allows the engine to identify similarities between records and then either link them automatically, or generate tasks for data stewards to handle.

The Initiate Inspector front-end allows the user to quickly locate the details for a company or a person and their household, whilst the entity analysis performed on the database ensures that accurate lists of unique customers can be extracted for marketing and other purposes, avoiding the unnecessary costs associated with duplication.
