Training: Java CAPS For Healthcare

Course Description

Java CAPS for Healthcare is a five day training course which focuses on the parts of the JavaCAPS 6 product suite that are typically used within the NHS.

Hands on exercises are a regular part of the course, allowing students the chance to put their learning into practice. The exercises are designed around the health care sector making them meaningful to the delegates attending and include the usage of HL7 within Java CAPS.

At the end of the course Students will be able to design and develop Repository and JBI projects, understand HL7 and use Java CAPS to provide effective healthcare solutions.

The course is aimed at software developers who want to gain a practical understanding of using Java CAPS within a healthcare environment.

Pre-requisites

The student will have a basic understanding of Java and databases.

  • Use the Enterprise Manager and Admin console to manage and monitor projects
