Restart offer a full managed Services offering to Trusts who want to outsource their integration requirements.

Within this programme Restart provide

  • complete support for current integration deployments including, integration engine, all interfaces, upgrades to engine
  • integration engines supported include Java CAPS, Ensemble, Orion. Optional support for BizTalk is available
  • development offering including prepaid integration services to cover one year development activities of Trust
  • support provided from fully manned support desk through offices hours with optional 24/7 support available
  • hardware sizing
  • high Availablility configuration including fail over and best practices around current environment
  • mentoring of Trust Staff to act as 1st Level support using the Restart Dashboard and Framework products
  • full customer facing support software so that Trust can view status of incidents

 

This programme is currently used by a number of Trusts who have handed responsibility of the critical nature of their current integration environment to Restart. These Trusts have seen reduced costs, faster responses, less down time of critical interfaces. This has lead to higher value being passed to users of the applications being supported.
