Support Services for Healthcare

Restart is currently supporting a number of Trusts around their integration environments.

This support can cover

  • legacy environments using Java CAPS, Ensemble and Orion.
  • new integation developments in Java CAPS and Ensemble
  • upgrades and enhancements to Integration Engines
  • liason with integration engine suppliers at a high technical level
  • mentoring of internal support staff to work with Restart to solve integration issues
  • use of the Restart Dashboard and Framework to ease incident reporting to the Restart support desk

Support is provided from the Restart support team who have the full range of consultancy skills working in the Healthcare market. Consultants are familiar with NHS Trust requirements and have worked with HL7 in providing interface deployments.

 

Support is offered at the hours suitable to the Trust. Most Trusts want extended office hours Monday to Friday whilst 24/7 is available.

The support package is provided with full support software, enabling the customer to access the status of an incident. All incidents are graded to a level of severity and responded to appropriately.
